Policies & Reports

Keeping you up to date

At MidasTouch School of Excellence, we are committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and a safe environment for all students. Our school policies are designed to support student development, ensure discipline, and create a conducive learning atmosphere. We strictly adhere to government norms and educational guidelines in all our operations from transport safety to hygiene, attendance, and uniform standards.

Regular reports on student performance, school activities, and administrative updates are shared with parents to keep them informed and engaged in their child's education journey. Our policies reflect our dedication to excellence, integrity, and the overall well-being of our school community.

Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is essential for academic success. Students must maintain at least 80% attendance to be eligible for promotion. Attendance on the first and last day of each term, and after major holidays, is compulsory. Absentees must provide valid reasons and, in some cases, a parent must accompany the student upon return.

Transport Policy

We ensure student safety with CCTV-enabled buses, trained drivers, and lady attendants onboard. Routes are fixed, and any change must be pre-informed. Transport fees are term-based and cannot be withdrawn mid-year without formal request.

School Uniform & Hygiene Policy

Students must wear the prescribed school uniform on all school days and functions. Personal grooming and hygiene are emphasized clean shoes, neat hairstyles, trimmed nails, and avoidance of fancy accessories are mandatory.

Nutrition & Food Policy

Our school promotes healthy eating through a weekly nutrition chart. Junk food is not allowed. Students can opt for school-provided lunch and snacks, and meals are prepared following strict hygiene standards.

Fee Payment Policy

Fees must be paid in three terms by the notified deadlines. A grace period is provided, after which late fees apply. Payment confirmations must be communicated through official channels, and receipts will be issued.

Birthday Celebration Guidelines

Students may wear colored clothes on their birthday and bring only peanut chikkis for distribution. Instead of gifts, students are encouraged to donate storybooks to the library. Distribution of other items or gifts is strictly not allowed.

Parent Partnership Policy

We believe parents are partners in education. Open communication is encouraged, and parents are expected to stay informed through the school diary and attend school meetings, activities, and feedback sessions regularly.

Child Safety & Well-being Policy

Child safety is a top priority. In case a student falls ill during school hours, parents will be contacted immediately. Re-entry after illness requires parent-teacher communication to support the child's reintegration.

Discipline and Code of Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Misbehavior, vandalism, or disregard for school rules will be addressed with appropriate disciplinary action to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

Academic and Progress Reports

Academic performance is regularly evaluated. Progress reports are shared with parents during PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings) and via official school communication. Special support is provided to students who need additional academic help.
