Manomaya Kosha – The Mental Body
We nurture emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and values-based living. Through social-emotional learning, creative arts, and value education, students learn empathy, self-control, and positive interpersonal relationships.
Vijnanamaya Kosha – The Intellectual Body

Anandamaya Kosha – The Bliss Body
